- Check mounting bolts and flexible connectors for looseness.
- Confirm the cooling path — fan cowl and vents clear of dust.
- Look for oil/grease leakage around bearing seals (a sign of over-greasing or a failing seal).

Quarterly / half-yearly
- Grease re-greasable bearings to the specified quantity on the maker's interval — never over-grease.

A log is only useful if you know what a moving number means. The four core readings each point at a different part of the machine:

Read together they usually converge on one story. Rising current and rising filter restriction is a clogging filter strangling the blower.
