How we quote and supply.

These Terms & Conditions govern enquiries, quotations, orders and use of the website of Yash Blowers Private Limited (“Yash Blowers”, “we”, “us”), Plot No. 4, Dabua Nawada Road, Near 17 No. Chungi, N.I.T, Faridabad, Haryana 121005, India. They apply unless we have signed a separate written agreement with you that says otherwise. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The information on this website — product descriptions, specifications, drawings and application guidance — is provided for general information to help you specify equipment. It is offered in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, but it does not form a contractual specification on its own. The binding specification for any supply is the one stated in our written quotation and order confirmation.

Quotations and validity

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself and are subject to confirmation and stock availability at the time of order. Where no period is stated, please treat a quotation as indicative and confirm current pricing and lead time before ordering. Prices, availability and lead times can change with input costs, exchange rates and workload, and a quotation is an invitation to order rather than a binding offer until we confirm the order.

Prices

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are quoted ex works (EXW), Faridabad, exclusive of packing, inland transport, freight, insurance, and any taxes, duties or levies applicable in India or the destination country. Any Incoterm we quote (EXW, FOB, CIF or another) is named explicitly with a place, and the costs and risks allocated by that Incoterm apply. Payment terms are stated on the proforma invoice and must be met before dispatch unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Specifications subject to improvement

We continually develop our products. Specifications, dimensions, materials and appearance are subject to change and improvement without prior notice, and the goods supplied may differ in non-material respects from catalogue or website depictions. Any change will not reduce the essential performance you ordered. If a precise dimension or feature is critical to you, confirm it in writing before ordering.

Warranty

Machines are run-tested against their datasheet before dispatch. The applicable warranty period and its conditions — including what is covered and standard exclusions such as consumable wear parts, incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised repair and operation outside rated conditions — are set out in writing with the quotation and order confirmation for your specific supply. Those written terms prevail. To the extent permitted by law, no other warranties, express or implied, are given.

Intellectual property and trademarks

All content on this website — text, images, dimensional drawings, performance curves, photographs, logos and the “Yash Blowers” name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Yash Blowers. It is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and, where registered, the Designs Act, 2000 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999, together with the corresponding law of the country you are reading this in. Nothing on the site grants any licence to our trademarks or designs.

What you may do

You may view, download and print this material to specify, purchase, install or maintain our equipment, and you may reproduce our published specifications and drawings inside a tender, purchase submission or maintenance record for that purpose, provided the material is unaltered and the source is identified. Distributors and engineering consultants who need our data in their own catalogue or submission should ask; permission is usually given, in writing, at no charge. Write to sales@yashblowers.org.

What you may not do

You may not republish this material as your own, host it elsewhere, sell it, strip the watermark or identifying marks from a drawing, use it to market, quote, manufacture or reverse-engineer competing goods, or use our model numbers and marks in a way likely to suggest an association with Yash Blowers that does not exist. Automated bulk extraction of the catalogue for a commercial database or a competing product listing is not permitted; this is separate from ordinary search-engine and AI-assistant indexing, which is welcome and which our robots policy expressly allows.

Enforcement

Yash Blowers is advised on intellectual property, commercial contract and export-trade matters by Unified Chambers & Associates, and infringement of the rights described above is referred to them. We would ordinarily write first and ask that the material be taken down. Where it is not, we will pursue the remedies available to us, including injunctive relief, in the courts named under Governing law below. If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, tell us at sales@yashblowers.org and we will investigate and, where you are right, remove it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising out of or in connection with any supply is limited to the invoice value of the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including loss of production, profit or contracts — however arising. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Correct selection, installation and safe operation of the equipment, including fitting of protective devices such as relief valves, remain the responsibility of the buyer and installer.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law, the courts at Faridabad, Haryana shall have jurisdiction.
