From Faridabad to your port.

This policy explains how Yash Blowers Private Limited dispatches orders from our works at Plot No. 4, Dabua Nawada Road, Near 17 No. Chungi, N.I.T, Faridabad, Haryana 121005, India, to customers in India and abroad. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. The precise terms for your order are those stated on the quotation and order confirmation.

Incoterms we offer

Every export quote names one Incoterm (Incoterms 2020) and a place, so responsibility for cost and risk is unambiguous. We commonly quote:

• EXW (Ex Works), Faridabad — you collect from our works and arrange export clearance, freight and insurance. This is our default pricing basis unless stated otherwise.
• FOB (Free On Board) at an Indian port — we deliver the goods, cleared for export, on board the vessel; cost and risk then pass to you.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) to your destination port — we pay sea freight and marine insurance to that port, though transit risk passes to you once goods are loaded at origin.

Other terms can be arranged with your freight forwarder on request.

Ports and freight options

Sea shipments typically load through Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra, the two main gateways for the Delhi-NCR manufacturing belt, as full-container (FCL) or less-than-container (LCL) loads depending on volume. For urgent spares or single lightweight units we can arrange air freight through Delhi. Your forwarder may also collect ex works under EXW. We will advise the most practical routing for your destination and quantity when we quote.

Packing standard

Export orders are packed for a long ocean transit and multiple handlings. The standard is seaworthy wooden crating— machines secured, cushioned and, where needed, moisture-protected. Where the destination country requires it, we use ISPM-15 compliant (heat-treated / fumigated) timber so the consignment clears plant-quarantine rules. Special marking, palletisation or container-loading instructions can be accommodated if specified on the order. Domestic shipments are packed appropriately for road transport.

Insurance

Responsibility for transit insurance follows the agreed Incoterm. Under CIF we arrange marine insurance to the named destination port. Under FOB and EXW insurance is the buyer's responsibility, and we recommend you insure the consignment from the point risk passes to you. Regardless of Incoterm, transit risk passes to the buyer at the point defined by that term.

Inspection and testing

Machines are run-tested and checked for pressure, vacuum, current draw and sound before they are cleared for dispatch. A pre-dispatch test report can be provided on request; please ask for it at the time of order so it is prepared with your consignment. Where you require third-party or agency inspection before shipment, tell us in advance so it can be scheduled.

Export documentation

A typical export set includes the commercial invoice and packing list, and — as required by the Incoterm and destination — a Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading or airway bill, and an insurance certificate under CIF. Industrial blowers and vacuum pumps classify under HS heading 8414; the exact sub-heading and destination duty are confirmed with your customs broker. Let us know any specific documents your bank or customs authority needs so nothing is missed.

Transit times

We dispatch promptly once an order is confirmed and paid, but ocean and air transit times depend on the carrier, routing, port congestion and customs at both ends — factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee specific transit or delivery dates, and any dates given are good-faith estimates rather than commitments.
