A blister packaging machine thermoforms pockets in a film web, fills them and seals a lid — and the forming step is a deep, fast vacuum pull that draws the softened film into the forming die so each blister is crisp and to size. Because these packs carry tablets, capsules and medical devices, the whole vacuum path must be oil-free: no oil mist near the product, nothing to migrate into the pack.
