The United States is one of the largest markets in the world for regenerative and centrifugal blowers — driven by municipal and industrial wastewater, a fast-growing indoor and pond aquaculture sector, pneumatic conveying, and countless OEM machines. For decades that demand was met by a handful of European and North-American brands at premium prices. Built for 60 Hz — this is the detail that trips imports up

The single most important export detail for the Americas is frequency. The US grid runs at 60 Hz, not the 50 Hz of India and much of the world, and a blower's output shifts with motor speed. Run a 50 Hz-wound machine on 60 Hz and it spins ~20% faster — moving more air but drawing more power and running hotter, often past the motor's rating. Yash supplies motors wound for 60 Hz at US voltages(208–230/460 V, three phase; 115/230 V single phase on smaller units), so the blower hits its rated duty point on your supply without improvised workarounds. Target markets: aquaculture and wastewater lead

Two US sectors are the natural fit. First, aquaculture — the US is investing heavily in domestic shrimp, RAS fish production and pond aeration, and diffused-air aeration from a regenerative blower is the efficient way to hold dissolved oxygen in intensive systems. Second, wastewater — municipal and industrial treatment plants run blowers continuously for aeration-basin and diffuser duty, exactly the 24/7 application our machines are balanced and built for. Pneumatic conveying, printing, packaging and OEM builds round out the demand.

Shipping, Incoterms and lead time

Yash ships from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundra to US east- and west-coast ports. Most US buyers work on FOB at the Indian port or CIF to their destination; EXW Faridabad is available if you run your own freight. Units are palletised and packed in seaworthy, ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crates, declared under HS heading 8414. Orders consolidate into 20ft or 40ft containers to maximise fill; smaller quantities and critical spares move by air freight. Commercial documents, certificate of origin and per-unit test certificates travel with the shipment on request.

Getting to a firm quote

Send the duty point (flow and pressure or vacuum), the site voltage and phase, quantity, and your destination port with preferred Incoterms. We confirm the 60 Hz model, the FOB or CIF price, the lead time and the container loading. First orders are often a mixed container of several models to seed a distributor's inventory across the range.
