KITWhat ships to Europe
Three families that cross the water most
Single Stage Turbine BlowerThe regenerative workhorse — oil-free aeration and vacuum air for STP, aquaculture and process duty. Our highest-volume export line.
CX-Series Centrifugal BlowerHigh-flow, low-pressure centrifugal air for water treatment, textile and drying — quiet and efficient on continuous duty.
Dry Vacuum Pump (Only Vacuum Series)Clean, oil-free dry vacuum for packaging, printing and pharma lines where contamination is not an option.
EXPSourcing for Europe
Why European buyers source blowers from India
Europe writes the reference datasheets for regenerative and side-channel blowers. A handful of German and Italian brands set the performance envelope the rest of the world quotes against, and European machine builders, utilities and processors have paid a premium for that engineering for decades. The engineering is not the question — the landed cost is. Indian manufacturing now holds the same 200–500 mbar pressure and vacuum envelope those brands occupy, at a materially lower price, and Yash Blowers is built to serve it: a deep model range, castings poured and impellers dynamically balanced in-house, under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, already shipping at volume.
For a European buyer the calculation is unsentimental. A Yash regenerative blower moves the same air at the same pressure as the badge you have specified for years, arrives performing to its datasheet, and lands at a price that either protects your margin or lets you win the tender you would otherwise lose. Because impellers, filters, silencers and pressure-relief valves are made under one roof, spares are an actual supply chain rather than a lead-time promise — the difference that decides whether a machine builder or a utility can standardise on a supplier.
Built for 50 Hz and the 400 V grid
Europe is the home grid for these machines, and that simplifies the export. The continental supply runs at 50 Hz, exactly the frequency our motors are wound for, so a blower hits its rated duty point on your supply with no derating or speed correction. Three-phase power is 400 Vin a 230/400 V star–delta arrangement across the EU, the UK and the EEA; smaller fractional-kW units run on single-phase 230 V. Motors are supplied to IE-class efficiency with terminal-box connections, hard-wired to your site by your electrician. Tell us the voltage and phase and the machine is built to it — there is no frequency conversion to manage the way there is for a 60 Hz destination.
CE-readiness, documentation and RoHS
European procurement lives on documentation, and we treat it as part of the deliverable rather than an afterthought. Test certificates, performance curves and the technical file needed to support a CE-readiness assessment are provided on request, so the party placing the machine on the EU market — usually the importer or the OEM integrating the blower — can complete its declaration of conformity and affix the marking with the evidence in hand. Component material declarations for RoHS awareness travel with the order where the application calls for them. None of this is a substitute for the importer's own obligations under the Machinery and EMC directives; it is the supporting file that makes meeting them straightforward instead of a chase for paperwork after the container has landed.
Selling to OEM machine builders, not only end users
The largest opportunity in Europe is not the utility buying a spare — it is the machine builder in Germany or Italy who designs a blower into a machine and ships hundreds of them. A vacuum-packaging line, a pneumatic-conveying skid, a soil-remediation rig or a medical-vacuum console each carries a blower as a component, and that builder needs a partner who will supply to a drawing, hold a revision, brand the nameplate to their identity where required, and keep the price stable across a production run. We supply on that basis — private-label or component supply against the OEM's specification, with the mechanical interface, port orientation and motor winding fixed to their design. That is a different conversation from selling a boxed unit to an end user, and it is the one where Indian manufacturing changes a European builder's bill of materials most.
The end-user and distributor channels sit alongside it. A distributor seeding inventory across the range, a wastewater contractor buying for a plant upgrade, an aquaculture operator fitting out a hall — each buys the same machines, just in different quantities and with different documentation needs.
Target markets across the continent
Four European sectors are the natural fit. OEM machine builderslead — the German and Italian engineering base that designs blowers into packaging, conveying and process machinery. Municipal wastewater follows, where continuous aeration-basin and diffuser duty runs blowers 24/7, exactly the application our machines are balanced and built for, and where EU treatment standards keep demand steady. RAS and indoor aquaculture is expanding fast across Northern Europe, and diffused-air aeration from a regenerative blower is the efficient way to hold dissolved oxygen in intensive recirculating systems. Plastics and packaging processors round it out, using vacuum and low-pressure air for material handling, drying and pick-and-place.
Shipping, Incoterms and lead time
Yash ships by sea from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mundrato the North Sea and Mediterranean gateways — Rotterdam, Hamburg and Antwerp for most buyers, with onward inland distribution from there. Trade runs on EXW Faridabad if you control your own freight, FOB at the Indian port, or CIF to your destination port. Units are palletised and packed in seaworthy, ISPM-15 heat-treated wooden crates so they clear phytosanitary inspection without hold-ups, and declared under HS heading 8414. Orders consolidate into 20ft or 40ft containers to maximise fill; critical spares and small quantities move by air freight. Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and per-unit test certificates travel with the shipment on request.
Getting to a firm quote
Send the duty point (flow and pressure, or vacuum), the site voltage and phase, the quantity, and your delivery-duty point — the destination port with your preferred Incoterms. For an OEM programme, add the drawing or the mechanical and nameplate requirements. We confirm the 50 Hz / 400 V model, the EXW, FOB or CIF price, the lead time and the container loading, and we scope the documentation set your import needs. First orders are often a mixed container across several models to seed a distributor's range or to prototype an OEM build before committing to a production run.
