01Warranty & Registration
Model + serial on file · faster support
Register the machine. Skip the questions later.
When something needs attention, the first five minutes are usually spent establishing what you own. Register once and those minutes go into solving the problem instead.
02What registering actually gets you
There are 123 models across our 14 families, and several of them share a frame in more than one build. “A 5 HP blower” is not enough to pick a filter element or an impeller band with confidence — the model code and serial are. Registering puts both on file against your company and site.
Three practical benefits
- Faster support. An engineer can look up the machine before replying, instead of asking you to find a nameplate mid-breakdown.
- Correct spares first time. Filter, relief valve, impeller and wear items are matched to your exact build rather than to a description over the phone.
- A service history that travels. Visits, parts and readings accumulate against the serial — useful when the machine changes hands internally or a new maintenance engineer takes over.
About warranty terms
To be straight with you: the warranty that applies to your unit is the one issued with your invoice or quotation. We deliberately do not publish a blanket period, coverage list or exclusions on this page, because they vary by product and by contract, and a generic promise here could contradict your paperwork. Register the unit and ask us to confirm what applies to your serial — we will.
Registering is also not a condition of warranty. It is simply the fastest route to competent help.
03What's on the nameplate
Copy these four things
01
Model code
e.g. YEBL-1-530, ACME-063, YBDVP 80 — the full code, including any suffix letters
02
Serial number
unique to your unit; usually stamped or printed next to the model code
03
Rating
kW or HP, so we know which build of that model you have
04
Supply
phase, voltage and frequency — 50 Hz or 60 Hz
Can't read the plate? Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will identify the unit for you.
04Register your product
Model and serial are the two that matter. Everything else helps, but send what you have.
RFQ / Demande de devis
Need spares or service for a registered unit?
